When running a home Internet business, you oftentimes do not have the advertising and marketing punch of a bigger company. In those cases, how do you get your brand’s message out there without breaking the bank?
For some running small companies from home, the key to success has been the proper usage of search engine optimization (SEO) and social media. Done together and done correctly, the two can be a winning team for the home business man or woman.
To get things started, review the following when looking at your home Internet business:
1. Message – What forms of messaging are you using in order to promote your brand? For some running home Internet businesses, money is definitely a factor. In those cases, business owners will look to do as much possible with as little spending as needed. If that sounds like you, it does not mean you can’t effectively get your message out. Always look at your budget first in order to make sure you don’t end up in the red trying to get your message out to folks;
