StreamSend Review

streamsend reviewsStreamSend is one of the many e-mail marketing and auto responder services available.  It offers a wide range of packages and options to choose from.  With so many different auto responder services on the market, it can be difficult to decide which one will be right for you.  Here is a detailed review of StreamSend to help you decide whether or not it is a product that will fit your needs.

StreamSend Ease of Use

Overall, StreamSend is very easy to use, especially if you are new to e-mail marketing.  The central dashboard is where you will do nearly all of the basic tasks in terms of e-mail creation and scheduling.  Additionally, all of the analytics are provided numerically as well as graphically.  For some people, the visual representation of the data it is much easier to understand than simply looking at the numbers themselves.  At the same time, there have been some complaints about the overall ease of use.  This stem primarily from the level of customization that you are allowed when using their pre-formatted templates.  Additionally, some people feel that the central dashboard is too cluttered, which is not surprising considering how much you can do from there.

StreamSend Pricing

One thing to keep in mind is that StreamSend sets up your monthly rates based upon the number of e-mails that you send.  For some marketers this is potentially an issue because even with smaller lists, they are sending out multiple e-mails per week.  The smallest package is $19.90 per month and allows you to send 2000 e-mails, with each additional 1000 e-mails costing and added five dollars.  The most expensive package is $209.90 per month and it allows you to send 150,000 e-mails with each additional 1000 e-mails costing $1.40.  In the end, you will need to decide whether or not this is the right pricing model for your e-mail marketing campaign.  Some people can greatly benefit from paying per e-mail because they have larger lists, but are only sending out a monthly newsletter or weekly newsletter.

Potential Drawbacks of StreamSend

While this service does seem to get fairly solid reviews, there are also some potential drawbacks to consider as well.  One of the biggest potential drawbacks is that handling unsubscribed readers isn’t always done automatically.  This means that you would have to go through and clean up your list manually which must be done regularly, or you will end up paying for e-mails that are never delivered.

Review of StreamSend

One of the biggest benefits of StreamSend is that they offer a free 30 day trial.  This will allow you to actually use their system and decide whether or not it is the best fit for you.  Keep in mind during your free trial you can only send a total of 200 e-mails.  While this should be more than enough to decide whether or not StreamSend is right for you, it may not be enough to actually get a full 30 days worth of use.
